When I became a teacher (19??),The Pigman was one of the first novels I taught. Now many years later, I have brought it back just for you! Mr. Pignati is a lonely, old man with an awful secret. John and Lorraine, two high school sophomores, learn Mr. Pignati's sad, zany story. In the end, they also learn a hard lesson about responsibility.
